Society:He belives that it doesn't matter that ideas are right or wrong, what mattered was if the state was being run effectively
Geography:He lived in a city state so he must have believed that there should be a form a goverment everywhere.
Time: As long as the goverment was being run smoothly, time doesn't matter.
Belief:He believes that there is no right or wrong, as long as the goverment is being run smoothly.
Value: Because he studied the goverment, he must have valued the goverment and if its being run smoothly
Knowledge:He developed his knowledge through book and observing how the goverment is being run.
Economy: He believes that the goverment should control everything to increase their control

In 1498 Niccolo Machiavelli began his career as an active politician in the city state of Florence Italy. After almost a decade of service he was driven from his post when the republic fell. Repeated efforts to win the the confidence and approval of the new regime were unsuccessful. Machiavelli was forced to retire.
